Privacy policy

This policy applies to you who contact us, either by phone, email, our website or otherwise share your personal information with us. Our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018.

The personal data is collected in our intended registers and may include name, social security number, postal address, phone number, email address, as well as information about delivery, payment, purchase, profiling based on address and digital usage.

We use the information for marketing, product delivery, statistics, product development, agreements, quotations and invoicing, as well as to be able, together with our partners, to adapt content, advertisements and offers to you as a customer. The data can also be analyzed and categorized to enable the selection, prioritization and planning of personal information, also known as profiling. This may also include data collected through cookies and plug-ins on our website.

If it is necessary to share personal data with partners, we obtain your consent in advance. We may also disclose personal data to authorities if this is required by law or authority decision.

Personal data is deleted a certain time after the end of the business relationship or if the data subject withdraws his consent. The registered person has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect data, as well as to request information in writing about the personal data we have stored. This is handled in writing according to routine.

To protect personal data, we have taken appropriate physical, technical and organizational security measures, which include measures to protect the data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorized use, alteration, dissemination or access and other unauthorized forms of processing.
