Event production
We help our clients create professional, engaging events. By providing much of the production in-house, we can offer greater control and flexibility.
Our in-house services include:
-
Event planning, concept development, design and production
-
Coordination of entertainment and suppliers
-
Sound, lighting, video and event technology rental
-
Décor and event equipment rental
-
Photography and video production for events and marketing
-
Artist and entertainment bookings
-
Social media content
Combining technology, creativity, experience and an extensive network allows us to deliver both a memorable event and high-quality visual content afterwards.
Technical event production
Every successful event starts with carefully planned technical production. Palm Event provides professional sound, lighting and video technology in Malmö and across Skåne, combining high-quality equipment with technical expertise.
Our team includes experienced, trained sound, lighting and video technicians, working on everything from conferences and corporate events to larger stage productions. Careful planning and technical know-how keep every part of the production running smoothly, from setup to the event itself.
We tailor each technical solution to the venue and the needs of the event. Whether it is a conference, corporate event, launch or private celebration, our aim is to provide a reliable technical foundation that enhances the whole experience.
We can support you with advice, technical planning, installation and on-site operation, working closely with the organiser and other suppliers.
Artists we worked with in 2025 include:
• Ola Salo
• Ken Ring
• Mapei
• E-Type
• Tingsek
Event equipment rental
Simply need to rent equipment or event products? That is also an option. Alongside technical equipment, we offer practical and decorative products that help create the right atmosphere and functionality for your event.
Our range includes:
-
Poseur tables and chairs
-
Queue barriers
-
Red carpet
-
Other practical and decorative event products
Many products can be rented separately, without booking a full event production. You can collect and return the items yourself, including technical equipment, making rental convenient for smaller events and private celebrations.
By combining technology, décor and event details, we can create a complete setting that works both visually and practically. Choose the items yourself or let us take care of the setup.
An extensive network in events and entertainment
Palm Event has its roots in the entertainment industry, giving us an extensive network across Sweden. Over many years, we have built close relationships with creative professionals, musicians, artists and other suppliers.
This allows us to bring together the right team for each project and deliver complete solutions where technology, content and the overall experience work together.
We work on everything from conferences, corporate events and product launches to weddings, nightclubs and private celebrations. We can support individual parts of your event or produce the entire occasion.
Content, photography & video
Alongside the event itself, we can document the experience and create content around it. Through photography and video, we capture the atmosphere, details and moments that make every event unique.
The material can be used for social media, marketing and internal communications, allowing the value of your event to live on long after it is over.
We also provide ongoing content production for businesses and their social media channels.
