Vem är vi?
Palm Event AB är ett produktionsbolag med erfarenhet inom eventdesign, teknisk produktion och underhållning, som drivs av Hjalmar Palm. Bröllop är där allt började för snart 15 år sedan och är fortfarande en av de delar vi brinner mest för. Kombinationen av känsla, detaljer och energi gör varje bröllop unikt. Oavsett om ni önskar en helhetsproduktion med vigsel, middagsunderhållning och en efterfest som får känslan av klubb eller konsert, eller om ni endast vill boka DJ med professionellt ljud och ljus, skapar vi en lösning som utgår från er vision.

Band och/ eller professionell DJ-leverans med känsla för rummet. Vi bygger energi, tempo och övergångar för ett dansgolv med puls hela kvällen. Välj till livemusiker som en saxofonist och slagverkare. Dansare, det har vi också.

The Wedding Process
Wedding planning can be difficult, so we intend to make it a little easier. We have a passion for what we do: making people happy and satisfied. Just as you strive for perfection and to have things under control on your big day, one of the most important days of your life, so do we. We understand this and take our job seriously. Therefore, we go through the timeline together in advance during the day and all its steps so that you can have your dream wedding.
Before the wedding
We're getting married, he proposed! From this day on, a whole new world has opened up. Everything sounds exciting and fun until the moment when you actually realize how much planning, logistics, organization, problem solving and the like is required for your wedding to turn out as you envisioned. We are therefore here for you when it comes to entertainment and all the organization of technology that may be needed. If you are also looking for other services such as photographer, videographer and/or decorator, these are also available in our network.
When you contact us for the first time, we talk through your wishes and expectations. When we have together arrived at something that feels good for both parties, we sign an agreement so that everything feels as safe and reliable as possible. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is paid in connection with signing the contract. At least 3-4 weeks before the wedding day, we meet and discuss music and other possible changes that may have occurred in the wedding planning on your part.
The wedding day
The day is here and it's time for the most exciting moment of the whole day, the wedding! Should the wedding take place outdoors in a beautiful garden or maybe even on a beach? We are more than happy to provide technology and/or musicians for this moment, a moment that must not be interrupted. During planning, we go through the playlist for the ceremony together so that the right song is played at the right time.
The cocktail-hour
After the wedding, it's time for the cocktail-hour, often a nice moment when you can relax and take it easy. Naturally, we recommend that you have some kind of background music. If you just want to rent speakers from us and be responsible for the playlist yourself, it's all right. However, to create the perfect atmosphere, some form of live performance is recommended. For example, if you want a DJ who plays luxurious and loungey house together with a saxophonist, a guitarist or a jazz saxophonist with a backing track, we will arrange it. Here, the music you love but can't really dance to is played at a volume you can hold a conversation at.
The wedding dinner
During the wedding dinner, if dancing and dinner are in the same room, the DJ's sound system is used to advantage. Here it is fine to plug in your own computer, phone, tablet or the eventual projector that you might rent from us. In good time before the wedding, the toastmaster(s) is informed how the sound system works. Together, a sound check is also done with the toastmaster(s) where, if rented as an add-on, the appropriate volume is set on the wireless microphones for speech provided.
The party
Let's party! This is a special occasion to celebrate with your loved ones. Song selection, that the right song is played at the right time, careful planning regarding the timeline with possibly other companies on site, a constantly full dance floor and a stress-free party is something we strive for. Therefore also believe that it is important that the right DJ plays at your wedding, a DJ who can match your needs musically. In addition to only offering a DJ, it is also offered in conjunction with a DJ to book a saxophonist, violinist, guitarist and/or percussionist (drummer).

Booking & planning process
1. Contact us
Contact us through the website, email or phone. We discuss availability and needs and schedule a consultation.
2. Meet us
We meet online and discuss your event, wishes and price - and see if we are right for you.
3. Book us for your wedding!
When you feel ready to move on, let us know! To secure the booking, a signed agreement and a booking fee of 25% is required. The booking fee is deducted from the final invoice.
4. Plan with us
During the planning phase, we go through the timeline and possible timetable for your event. We also discuss on a detailed level music, logistics and any requests - everything that we can possibly help with or be involved in! At least 3-4 weeks before the wedding day, we meet either physically in Malmö or online via video call.
5. Tune in with us
During the week before the wedding day, we check with each other about any changes that may have occurred in, for example, the timeline from your side.
6. The wedding day is here!
We have the situation under control. Sit back and enjoy the day with friends and family.
